Home Market Sure-Win Gifts

Eligibility

• This sure-win gift programme is open to homeowners who have successfully RSVP-ed and received a confirmed slot for the Home Market event.
• The homeowner’s property key collection date must be within nine (9) months from the date of the Home Market event.
• Each eligible homeowner is entitled to one (1) sure-win gift only.

Gift Redemption

• Sure-win gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
• Gift selection is subject to availability at the point of redemption.
• No exchange, replacement, or cash alternative will be provided once a gift has been redeemed.

Verification Requirements

Homeowners must present one (1) of the following documents for verification:

• Option to Purchase (OTP)
• Key Collection Email
• Any official document indicating the Probable Completion Date
• Homeowners must present a valid floor plan of the property during the event.
• Homeowners must be following Home Market’s official Instagram account at the point of redemption.

Courts Voucher (Appliances)

• A $50 Courts appliance voucher is applicable with a minimum spend, as determined by Courts.
• The Courts voucher is valid for appliance and furniture purchases only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The Courts voucher may be used together with other stackable vouchers or promotions during the event, subject to merchant terms (best-price guaranteed by Courts).

Event Promotions

• Additional stackable vouchers, perks, and event-only promotions may be available during Home Market.
• Best-price guarantees are valid only during the event period and subject to participating merchants’ terms.

General

• Gifts are strictly non-transferable.
• Home Market reserves the right to verify all submitted documents and disqualify any participant found to have provided false or misleading information.
• Home Market reserves the right to amend, revise, or withdraw any part of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
• All decisions made by Home Market are final.
