Patrick from TRD was a great ID. there were tiny hiccups but nothing that could not be solved, he was present throughout the whole reno process and always meticulous. Timely updates and schedule was given. This is our first home so we had many questions and doubts all of which he took the time and patience to sit down with us and explain! He didn’t force his opinions or ideas onto us but there was always good discussions when we were stuck on some choices. Will definitely recommend him to those looking for an experienced ID:) we especially appreciate all the small details thats often overlooked during reno. Will edit when professional pics are out 🤣

We purchased our first resale HDB and had the pleasure of working with Ryan from Real Design.
