We are thrilled with our new home thanks to Dao Jie (DJ) Chiang from The Interior Lab. From start to finish, the experience was good. We did a total revamp to our 3 bedroom apartment and DJ understood our vision for a modern, cozy home and provided practical solutions, while still incorporating our personal requests. DJ is very responsive to our queries, regardless of big or small issues. The workmanship is also up to standard. Sure there were hiccups along the way, but DJ was quick in rectifying the minor issues. There were no hidden costs and DJ provided great transparency in terms of prices. We did not end up paying anything more than we agreed upon. Even after moving in, DJ has been responsive to follow-ups, ensuring everything is okay. We highly recommend DJ for his ability to deliver a dream home.

She took the time to understand our lifestyle and preferences, and thoughtfully translated them into a home that is both functional and beautiful, and practical (no “looks nice but can’t use” situations) What really stood out was her sense of responsibility and responsiveness. Whenever there was an issue or something needed fixing, she jumped on it immediately. Even during moments when we were slow to reply, she handled things efficiently and kept everything moving while reassuring us along the way. That peace of mind alone was priceless during a renovation. The workmanship quality was excellent, timelines were well managed, and the final outcome exceeded our expectations. Our home now feels warm, well-designed, and genuinely comfortable to live in. We’ve also received plenty of compliments from friends and family, which is a true testament to her work. We’re incredibly grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy ID who actually delivers (and keeps your sanity intact).

The final result turned out exactly like the 3D visuals she shared at the start. TIL's ID Rachel Kam was our Project MANAGER (PM). Rachel took on the challenge to work with our directly appointed specialists. She consistently displayed her professionalism with her calm disposition to challenges that cropped up in the project and with the specialists. She owned the whole project although there were specialists, taking on our behalf the coordination needed to realise our requirements. She was meticulous and mindful in keeping to the budget. We enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and forthright PM. ☺️
