Special thanks to ID Joan and Elaine for their patience, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. They were very responsive, easy to communicate with, and always gave helpful suggestions along the way. I also did all my wardrobes through their China full customization service, and I’m very happy with the quality and finishing. Although shipping took some time, the end result was definitely worth the wait. Highly recommended!

The initial quotation was clear with no hidden costs, giving us total peace of mind. Brandon was super on the ball with the project timeline, keeping us updated at every milestone. Any time I texted him with questions, his replies were almost instant. What I appreciated most was his ability to improve our ideas and foresee practical issues. For example, I wanted to maximize space in the study room with just-enough dimensions, but Brandon insisted on building in some safety tolerance. True enough, if not for his foresight, our bed wouldn’t have fit. He also saved us money by advising against adding extra wall beads for our classic theme, keeping it clean and classy. The final handover is beautiful; the premium carpentry materials and smooth finishing blend into a very cosy home. Will definitely go back to him if we ever renovate again!
