From start to end, we were super satisfied with how he managed the entire project. Ken gave practical yet aesthetically-pleasing design suggestions, always doing his best to keep within our comfortable budget range. His keen eye for colour palettes and his understanding of the ‘feel’ we wanted — a homey, comfortable blend of Scandi-like and minimalist concepts — really brought our moodboard to life. Design: We are very happy with the overall design. It’s clean, modern, and fits our lifestyle perfectly. The layout is practical and stylish, and the overall color tone creates a cozy and welcoming atmosphere at home. Workmanship: The workmanship is solid and detailed. We especially like the painting work — it’s neat and well done. There were some minor issues, such as the wrong wood color and a few kitchen details, but Ken resolved them quickly without extra cost. Service: Ken is friendly, responsible, and communicates very well. He’s always polite, responsive, and patient in explaining things. Even when problems arose, he followed up promptly and solved them efficiently. His sincere attitude made the whole process stress-free. Value for Money: The renovation stayed within budget and was completed on time. Ken never pushed us to make payments and always prioritized our comfort and satisfaction. Considering the smooth process, good quality, and thoughtful service, we feel it’s excellent value for money.
