Kate also accompanied us to showrooms, helping us choose materials we genuinely liked—all without any hard sell. Jie Ying is incredibly talented and creative. She transformed our needs into a beautiful and practical design. Her sense of color and overall design made our home feel warm, comfortable, and perfectly balanced. She guided us in making decisions when we were unsure about colors or other design choices, working together with Kate’s advice. Shim contributed greatly by handling technical matters and offering professional advice. His experience and practical solutions ensured that everything was completed properly and to a high standard. We are deeply grateful for their hard work, dedication, and commitment. Thanks to them, our home is now a place we truly love and enjoy every single day.

My wife and I have engaged Mablle for a new 5-room BTO and a 3-bedder EC for renovations after recommendations from a good friend. We have heard many horror stories from encounters from renovation but having a friend who is daring enough to introduce his ID means something. We decided on Mablle with just comparing with another ID. Working with Shim & Kayle was an enjoyable and reassuring experience. They made the entire renovation process hassle-free by being responsive, organised, and attentive to details. We really appreciated how they understood our lifestyle needs and translated them into a practical yet stylish design. We had a great experience working with Shim and Kayle on our renovation project. Shim was very accommodating to our requests from the start. During our first meeting, he was open to our ideas and made sure to understand what my partner and I had in mind. Since we live in a dual-key unit and were only renovating part of it, special arrangements had to be made. Shim ensured we could continue living comfortably beside the renovation by coordinating timely clearing of debris and regular cleaning, which really helped maintain a liveable environment. When we had a last-minute change to our water heater, Shim and Kayle were both quick to accommodate and helped to reschedule the affected works. Shim also gave practical, professional suggestions throughout the process, and if any work wasn’t up to standard, he made sure it was redone properly and communicated clearly with the carpenters. Both Shim and Kayle were friendly, approachable, and professional. They offered useful advice that helped us save time and costs while still achieving the look we wanted.
