My wife and I would like to thank Daniel and Tricia for the great work they have carried out for our 4-Room HDB Flat, after we had stayed in our place for around 18 years. They are a great team who complement each others' strengths, and they were transparent and realistic about the the cost and budgeting for the renovation items we wanted to carry out, as well as provided us with a realistic schedule which they met, despite the tight schedule of around 4 to 5 weeks we have given to them. They have also provided us with a wonderful design which we love and we were amazed by the beauty and quality of the work delivered when we returned to our home, and we have since December last year began a new phase of our stay which has been great so far. We are grateful for both Daniel and Tricia's commitments on the job, providing us with timely updates and also following up closely with the progress of the renovation, which certainly gave us a peace of mind, considering I was always on business trips and my wife was then staying outside of Singapore. Keep up the good work and we certainly look forward to working with both Daniel and Tricia if ever we require renovation again. Cheers!

ID: Wan Nee 😊🤩 We have a great experience working with Wan Nee for our BTO renovation. As we did not have a particular design in mind, Wan Nee guided us from scratch until completion after hearing some of our requirements. She was attentive to our needs, patient with our endless questions, and was very clear in her explanation on design ideas and costs. The workmanship was good, and the final outcome matched with the rendered design. We got to highlight Wan Nee's responsiveness and willingness to accommodate changes along the way even when work has started. The project was well-managed and completed on time, with good attention to detail. Overall, we are very satisfied with the result and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and professional interior designer.

My husband and I were very clear how we wanted to work with an interior designer during the start of our search - someone who was attentive to what we envisioned for our home and strives to ensure that happens, very transparent and communicative about their process and a strong problem solver who is able to deliver and handle our project efficiently and decisively, especially as both of us are quite busy and it helps to have an ID that was on the ball and prompt during the process. Sidney from Livinci fits the criteria right at the start, he went into the initial call prepared to ask questions about what we were looking for in our home, how the overall vibes were like, the design, why we preferred an open concept kitchen layout. In the next meeting, he showed us the 3d render of our home and I was really quite impressed that he took note of the details we mentioned and integrated that into the design and so we decided to work with him. He really made sure to keep us in the loop throughout the whole renovation process through regular updates of the home via WhatsApp, so even if my husband and I were busy, we knew what was happening during the renovation and what to expect next. No renovation journey is without its bumps and I feel that's where Sidney really stood out to us, when issues came up he was able to think on the spot and provide solutions which he'll suggest and we can discuss together for a best fit solution. One particular incident that really showcased his leadership was when a glass door vendor had accidentally drilled a hole into the floor and damaged the electrical wiring for our kitchen island on the day we were out of town. He immediately informed us and had also rallied the vendors together to troubleshoot and solve the issue without incurring more cost and time delay to the project. I highly recommend Sidney and Livinci because they really care for their clients and their homes to ensure that you are well supported during the reno journey. It can often be a stressful experience but we really enjoyed ours and are very grateful to have worked with them on our home!
