We first met Teri from Kinjo at a Qanvast event. After speaking to several I.Ds, we decided to go with Teri as she was easy to communicate with and was keen on our reno concepts and ideas. She seemed to understand the vision we had for our dream home. Although our BTO keys collection was delayed, we met up with Teri several times to discuss materials selection, colour schemes, carpentry, space and lighting planning. She was very patient and always pointed us in the right direction. She was open to our ideas and gave practical suggestions on how to incorporate them into the design. During the reno, Teri was active in managing the works. She often gave us progress updates and also consulted us when decisions had to be made. She has a good team of contractors that she works closely with. She also recommended some good vendors for fittings and fixtures. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. We’re really happy to have engaged Russell and Callista for our home renovation. They gave us great design advice, helping us balance aesthetics with practicality. What we truly appreciated were the unseen details — the plumbing works were neatly done and function perfectly. And also the effort they put into pulling off our shaker design.
