My adult son wanted a world map feature wall for his bedroom, and we’re so glad we found Kate. She personally arranged for the measurements and showed us a variety of designs. When my son wanted something more unique, she went the extra mile to source additional samples until he found exactly what he loved. He is now very happy and satisfied with the final result. The installation team was fast, efficient, and professional. Two months later, I decided to wallpaper a small section at the entrance of my home. Kate came down promptly to take measurements without hesitation, and once again, the job was done beautifully. A few weeks later, when the wall was accidentally scraped, I reached out to ask if it could be repaired. It was fixed promptly, and I only paid a small token sum for the worker’s transport and meal. I’m truly very happy with the service and would highly recommend Kate and her team. (Oops…. I don’t know how to upload the photos) 😅

High recommeded Tracy. She is so patient and very professional. She gave us very good advise and detail on every work done. She gave us the idea of doing the TV console to flush in our TV to make ot look neater. Their carpenter workmanship is excellent too 👍 We are in love with our new home 🥰

Due to leaking riser pipe at my flat, i was asked by HDB to remove my carpentry and countertop within 3 months since there was not much access point given to them to change the pipe. This prompted me to bring forward part of renovation plans (kitchen reno) forward by 2 years. Thanks to Huiling from Homematch, she referred me 5 IDs that match my requirements within 3 days. I finally settled with Ivan from ID Gallery (One of the IDs recommended by homematch) His 3D rendering helped me a lot in negotiating with HDB on the exact dimensions i need to provide for accessibility for common pipes. This 3D rendering was provided on good will and it was given BEFORE i decided to select him as my ID for the kitchen reno. His clear communications and advice throughout the renovation has helped me in making the decisions along the way. And the outcome is exactly what I hoped for. The journey to renovating my kitchen is definitely more smooth sailing and of higher quality in terms of workmanship compared to my first renovation 9 years ago. I am looking forward to engage him to reno the rest of my house next year.

I believe in order to make our dream home into a reality, we do need to seek advices from the professional who has the experience and expertise in the industry. Thus, I have decided to engage an ID and worked along with ID Ivan for this home journey of mine. The journey took a few months but I am ok with it as I did not need to move into my new place urgently. There were some works which were not done perfectly by the contractors but as soon as I highlighted to Ivan, he was quick to respond and attended to the matter immediately by getting the contractors back to do the rectification. Communication between owner and ID was really important to ensure the process went smoothly and I achieved that with my ID Ivan. Ivan also did a walk inspection in the unit with home owner at the end of the project to ensure home owner fully satisfied with end results. Truly appreciate his dedication towards the project he engaged (in this case my home journey). Thank you for your suggestion and ideas. Now I have a place which is simple, elegance and most importantly cosy to live in which I can call home.

Most impressively, she ensured the project was done on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. She was on-site frequently, coordinating with the contractors and making sure everything was perfect. Her communication is excellent, and she makes the process stress-free.
