He was able to turn around revisions on our quotes and drawing layouts remarkably quickly without sacrificing quality. This genuine effort won my trust and confidence. During the renovation process, there were a few issues along the way. However, Fanny took responsibility and worked closely with her contractors to resolve them. One point worth noting is that her responses were occasionally slower, likely due to her managing multiple projects at the same time. Overall, I am happy and satisfied with the final outcome delivered by Fanny. I truly appreciate her patience and professionalism, especially as I requested several changes throughout the process. She was consistently accommodating, and I am grateful for her dedication and commitment.

After meeting many IDs from home matched platform , I’m so glad I chose to work with Fanny and Wei Jian! The whole experience was really positive, and the final result exceeded my expectations. My ID Fanny understood exactly what I wanted and turned my ideas into beautiful designs — even without a mood board. Wei Jian was always on site, making sure everything was well done. Though the renovation took a bit longer because I added some more works along the way, Fanny was patient, accommodating, and professional throughout.
