While they are not the cheapest option in the market, the quality of work delivered was solid and professional. There were some hiccups along the way, which is probably quite normal for a renovation of this scale. That said, the planning and execution were well managed, and we were able to move in without any delay to the handover date, which we really appreciated. This gave us confidence that the team knew how to prioritise and manage issues when they arose. One area that could be improved is communication and coordination with third-party vendors, as clearer updates would have helped at certain stages. Overall, the team was responsive and willing to address concerns, and we are satisfied with the end result. I would recommend them to homeowners who value good workmanship and reliable project delivery.

Had a super good renovation experience with AX Image from start to finish! The whole process was much smoother than we expected, and the workmanship really shows in the final outcome. Steven kept us updated at every stage, coordinated everything well, and made sure details were properly taken care of. MINUS STAR because we used their recommended AN DIGITAL LOCK so these folks would get an easier time, then when AN’S RECOMMENDED HAFELE LOCK DIED after just 4 months, Hafele coerced us into paying $250 to a third party and never refund. An took the details but can’t do anything. Now we are carrying heavy keys like it’s the 1990s. Maybe use this recommendation with pinch of salt. Not withstanding the foregoing, their designers were problem free. Dennis is your friendly uncle who cares about timelines and detail. We had him freestyle our parents room without issues. it’s been a great 3 X full, 1X minor HDB reno + 1 large carpentry work done with him. I like how everything is finished with aligned lines, and the grout is all same width. If you’re already a detailed person and you know what you want, i 10/10 recommend Dennis
