When I first stumbled upon Artdecor Design Studio while searching for the right interior designer for our resale executive flat, we honestly weren’t sure what to expect. The interior design industry can be hit or miss these days, and we wanted to find someone trustworthy who truly cared about their work. After I met Devon and Kleiv, I was full of praise, so I decided to meet them together with my wife. While I was impressed during our initial meeting, my wife still hesitated, leaning toward sticking with a more familiar choice. As fate would have it, we made a last-minute decision to call Kleiv and Devon and that turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. They dove headfirst into our project, showing genuine passion and dedication from the start. Looking back, I’m grateful for my wife's initial uncertainty, because otherwise, we might have missed out on working with this talented duo. Throughout the planning and design process, we had plenty of discussions, and I’ll admit: we weren’t the easiest clients to please. We had specific ideas and weren’t afraid to ask for changes. To our delight, Kleiv created some amazing 3D renditions that captured exactly what we envisioned for our home. It was clear that Artdecor Design Studio not only listened to our needs, but also strived to add their own creative touch to make our home truly unique. We made countless changes to the carpentry design, and each time, Kleiv patiently guided us, offering expert advice while incorporating our requests. Their carpentry team, led by an experienced senior, delivered work that really speaks for itself. What truly made our house special was the painting it’s easily the most professional workmanship I’ve ever seen. The vinyl flooring and electrical teams were just as impressive, consummate professionals all around. Visiting their office and workshop gave us a chance to meet the different teams, and it was reassuring to see the dedication behind the scenes. Kleiv kept us updated every step of the way, personally overseeing the work and making sure any issues were quickly fixed. He was meticulous in managing external vendors, making the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. The aircon installation was another highlight; thanks to their reliable contact, we have an efficient AC system with minimal trunking. If I had to suggest a slight improvement, occasionally, we found ourselves seeking a bit more detail, especially regarding the electrical works. A touch more proactive explanation would have been better. That said, anytime we asked, our queries were always responded to patiently and thoroughly, so this was only a minor note in an otherwise very positive experience. I won’t sugarcoat it, both my wife and I are pretty particular. But not once did Kleiv or Devon lose patience with us. They explained things clearly, made changes quickly, and consistently went above and beyond. The project was finished on schedule, and the price was completely justified. Whenever we had questions about costs, they took the time to explain, helping us see the value in their work. Nearly a year later, we still love our home. Any minor fixes were handled promptly by Kleiv and Devon, without delays. Thanks to Artdecor Design Studio, we didn’t just end up with our dream home, we gained two wonderful friends and a company we wholeheartedly recommend.
